Advantages1. The Hdpe extruder combination of spiral feeding barrel and separate screw design,it guarantees a high plasticizing rate and excellent melt uniformity.We use water-cooled air conditioner,it ensure electric components work in constant temperature and humidity,which makes them more stable and get longer life time
2. This PE pipe production line is composed by Single screw extruder,Died head,Vacuum calibration tank ,Cooling tank ,Haul-off machine ,Cutter and stacker.
3. The whole production line is controlled by Siemens PLC control system, which can observe the status of all equipment on the display or control the equipment separately
4. Our HDPE pipe extrusion line,which the motor speed of extruder and haul-off are measured and feedback y the encoder,ensure the stability of screw speed and traction speed,and die head using Inner pipe cooling system,can improve cooling effect,reduce the length of spray cooling tank and save production costs.
5.The extrusion line can achieve various control of downstream equipment by the extruder and use several international famous brand.
HDPE PIPE EXTRUSION LINEHDPE pipe production line is mainly used for producing water pipe,gas pipe,cable line etc. The HDPE pipe extrusion line consists of 8 parts, they are: single-screw extruder,extrusion die head,vacuum calibrator,spray cooling bath,haul-off unit,chipless Cutting unit and coiler/stacker. The motor of the single-screw extruder apply famous brand----SIEMENS. The VII type of calibration sleeves is patented product of BST. The haul-off unit includes belt haul-off and caterpillars haul-off, the caterpillers haul-off includes three caterpillers haul-off,four caterpillers haul-off,six caterpillers haul-off,ten caterpillers haul-off,twelve caterpillers haul-off etc.The cutting unit includes chipless planetary cutter, flying knife cutter and rounding knife cutter etc. The coiler will be used to coil the small size pipes, and the stacker will be used to storage large size pipes.The BST pipe extrusion line is of great stability, high efficiency and energy conservation.PPR PIPE EXTRUSION LINEThe PPR pipe have good heat resistance ,which is widely used in construction industry. The optimized screw design for extruder can guarantee a good plasticzing effect under the high screw speed, and achieve high out put and low power consumption. The extrusion line can achive various control of downstream equipments by the extruder,and it uses sereval international famous brands.BST can provide PPR two-pipe & two-color extrusion line and PPR four-pipe & two-color extrusion line.The BST pipe extrusion line is of great stability, high efficiency and energy conservation.
